RDA = (European) Recommended daily allowance for minimal health.

Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide; Vega Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Application:
In case of inadequate intake of zinc through diet or to provide the body with additional zinc.

Use:
1 capsule during the daily meal. The capsule may be opened.

Remark:
Zinc citrate is a suitable form for zinc supplementation. Vitamin B6 and C have a positive effect on the bio-availability of zinc.
