Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide. Vega capsule: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose

Application:
In case of inadequate intake of folic acid through diet or to provide the body with additional folic acid. And for pregnant women and women who desire a future pregnancy(*).
(*) The Dutch Food Council recommends that women with a desire to have children and pregnant women use an additional folic acid, to reduce the risk of spina bifida.

Use:
1 capsule daily. The capsule may be opened.
